Dr. R. James Moore, D.D.  Is a gifted evangelist who also presides over the Deliverance & Restoration Fellowship. Originally from San Diego, California, he is an experienced exorcist, gifted, and anointed man of God in spiritual warfare, with a mandate to bring healing, deliverance, and restoration to the Body of Christ. His earthly education includes C.H. Mason Bible College, Beacon Theological Seminary, Evergreen School of Evangelism, and Riverside Baptist College.  His spiritual education, 40+ years of ministry, including 20 years of evangelism, and 3 years of isolated training in spiritual warfare under the administration and direction of the Holy Spirit.
